Unable to Customize Outlook 2000

Hi, I installed Office XP on a new computer and then went
back to using Office 2000. Everything is great except I
am unable to customize 'Outlook Today'. I click on the
option, but nothing happens. I have tried 'Detect and
Repair' with no success. Any ideas? Thank you so much.
