Unable to "Customize Outlook Today"

Using Outlook 2000 nothing happens when I click
on "Customize Outlook Today".

It used to work, now it does not.

Any suggestion on how to fix this?

Google search using the phrase "Unable to Customize Outlook Today" comes
up with 4,070 hits in 0.20 secs

What can't you find?
