Hi,
In our organisation we're using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003.
One of our collegues has the following problem:
In his calendar in outlook, there's an appointment, which he can't
delete.
When double clicking on the item, I get "client operation failed"
When I select the item, and then press Delete, I also get "client
operation failed"
When right clicking on the item, nothing happens
I used PFDAVAdmin to open his Calendar folder to see all his calendar
items.
All the calendar items have the "Item-Level Perms" set to "No". Except
the "problem item". The "Item Level Perms" of the problem item is set
to "Unknown".
When I right click on the item and choose Remove Item-level
permissions, I get "Clearing permissions failed on item: <path to
item>. Response was: HTTP/1.1 404 Resource Not Found".
It may seem that the item is already deleted, but when I look in the
calendar, the appointment is still there!
Is there somebody who can help me solve this weird problem?
TIA!
