unable to delete custom menu item

Hi,

I am having trouble to delete a custom menu from the main menu in
Project2002 during program exit, it seen to be fine in Project2003. I call
the CommandBarControl.Delete(false) to delete it. Does anyone know why it is
not removed? Is it a common problem?
