Unable to delete folder in Outlook 2003

Hi

I am unable to delete an empty folder in Outlook 2003 (sp3), on Win XP
desktop, running AD. I am the folder owner and have admin rights. Get the
following error:

"unable to delete this folder. Rightclick the folder then click Properties
to check your permissions for the folder...Some items could not be deleted.
They were either moved or already deleted, access was denied".

Any help appreciated!
