Unable to delete messages from Entourage folders

I installed Entourage 2008 last night and am unable to delete any messages from the mail folders(Inbox, Sent, Deleted Items, etc.) I am able to move items from one folder to another and I am able to delete items from Contacts and Calendars.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I have installed all updates and I have rebuilt the database. I have also emptied the cache. Anyone have any ideas on other ways to try and resolve this?

I am attempting to delete massages by right-clicking on them and choosing "delete" and by selecting the message and choosing "delete" from the menu bar. I have also attempted to delete the message by choosing the "delete" option in the menu bar while viewing an open message.

I solved this issue by:

1. Exporting the Exchange mailbox to a PST.
2. Deleting the mailbox from Exchange.
3. Re-creating the mailbox in Exchange.
4. Importing the PST in to the new mailbox.
