Running an Exchange Server account the user is unable to delete or move email
messages from her inbox.
On other client machines that have had this issue simply turning cached mode
on was a simple quick fix but on her machine this option is greyed out. I
have gone into the registry and set the value to 0 for this option which
should let me enable it but to no aval cached mode is still greyed out.
There are no ost/pst files to scan under the outlook folders in common files
or application data.
