Unable to delete permissions for deleted user account

Hi there,

I have a problem where I have deleted a user account in Exchange 5.5 which
was set up with Editor permissions on another mailbox's calendar. Now when I
go into the other mailbox's calendar permissions, it shows the user still
there with an odd address, like so: /O=SCHS/OU=SVPM/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=TESTC

If I then delete that from the list, I start getting emails saying that the
recipient cannot be recognised when creating new calendar entries.

I have tried exporting the mailbox and recreating it and then importing it,
but it doesn't make a difference.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.
