Unable To Delete Recurring Calendar Entry Created On A MAC

Okay, so I have a very strange problem with a MAC.

Here is the problem. Please let me know if anyone has seen
this, and if so,
if they found a way to fix it.

A user has created a recurring meeting on a MAC. The
person then deleted
it; however, all other people who were on the meeting
request are unable to
delete it from their PC's using Outlook.

When they try to delete the meeting, they get an error
that states "Unknown
Error".

Does anyone have any ideas?
