Unable to delete Section Break

I have one section break that I am unable to delete from my document. The
document is tracking changes so I can not cut/paste into another document to
"get around" the section break issue.

I have highlighted the section break and pressed "delete" but it will not
delete.

I have tried putting the cursor after the page break and pressing the "back
space" button but that did not work.

I've tried going to the different page views thinking there was something
wrong with the view I was in - and that did not work.

I have gone into options / view and checked view all for hidden text and
things like that and that has not worked.

Any ideas / help would be great.
