unable to detect/view email signature

hi! im having a problem setting up the email signature of one user here in
our network. we're using ms exchange server and our email signatures also use
ms exchange server. the problem is, on this particular user, her rtf email
signature wont appear even if i made sure that the message format being used
is Rich Text Format (RTF). should i just recreate her local profile again? i
have already tried detect and repair, and made sure the drive where our psts
and email signatures are located is mapped properly on her profile.
