Unable to display folder - calendar could not be found

Outlook 2000 in a CW environment. User has granted
calendar permission to 5 users - 4 users can get in and
one gets an error. The error is the subject line. I
installed Office SP1 per Microsoft recommendations on
support site. Still no luck. Any thoughts....
