unable to display htm signature format in outlook 2003

I setup outlook to send messages via HTML format and i created an htm file
type signature that has animation in it. however when i create and send a new
message the signature is not displayed but instead i get dead image boxes
that looks like a big X. any help would be much appreciated =)
