Recently I have installed a new exchange 2003 server.
My old Exchange 2003 server was having some problem so I moved all the
mailbox from this old server to the new server.
After I have done the replication of public folder to the new server, I
shutdown the old exchange server.
Immediately I find that I cannot view all the contacts folder, only "There
are no items to show in this view. Double click here to create a new
Contact."
This happen to my inbox Contacts and Public Folder Contacts as well.
I am able to view the Contacts if I choose to sort using Company Name in my
inbox Contacts.
If I try in Public Folder Contacts, it halts.
I do not set any filter and all the settings are just default.
This also happen to my mail inbox folder when I try to use sorting.
Everything can be displayed if sort by Received Time. If I try to sort by
Form, Subject, To, etc, nothing is displayed or none is displayed.
I have tried to re-install the Outlook for many times, but situation is
still the same.
Anyone can give me some suggestion? I really feel sick now about
this............
Thanks
Gordon
