HELP HELP SOS

my outlook suddenly says ( Unable to display the folder.
Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder
location. You do not have permission to log on.) when i
hit outlook today. I restored my machine and nothing
happen. im runnning an XP with Outlook 2002 and the
machine is on a server
