'Unable to display the folder. The inbox folder could not be found

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 running off an Exchange server for our dept.
When I try to open another persons folder, in thier Inbox, I get the above
error.

I went to the local help & it just told me how to open the folder, but I
still get the above error.

I check a couple of other forums & they replied the fix to be "Restart
Oultlook" & then it will work. I had the ohter person restart thier Outlook &
I restarted my Outlook. I still get the above error.

Is there anything else I can do to access a folder in another persons
Outlook Inbox?
