Unable to display .WMI files in PowerPoint

I have a user who is unable to display .wmi files in PowerPoint, he only gets
blank pictures with red X in the corner.
Most of the things that are pasted in this presentation are excel and org
charts.
I have already tried to install OrgChart 2.0 and followied steps in KB 291874
If anyone have idea what to do else I'd be most grateful.

Have you tried doing a screen capture and pasting the image into PowerPoint?
Also a good idea to tell us which version of PowerPoint and Operating system
your using.

Sorry for not mentioning it before, it is Windows XP SP1 and Office 2003 SP2
Std.
There is no problem with pasting .jpeg .bmp
I have double checked, the file extension is WMF not WMI.

Not a problem. Have a look here for a possible solution.
RED X instead of graphics
