unable to down load MS 2003

I used a trial for 60 days, bought the product and can not download using the
product numbe given.

suggest you contact Microsoft Customer Service for assistance. this
newsgroup is a public peer-to-peer support newsgroup; it's not "staffed" by
Microsoft personnel.
