Unable to download Address book for Offline use in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I'm unable to download the Address book for offline use. I use Outlook
2003 a Client. I have MS Exchnage 2000. I have enabled "Offline Mailbox
mode".
When I click on Download Address Book, the error I get is "Task
'Microsoft Exchnage Server' reported an error 0x8004010F. The operation
failed. an object could not be found.
Can somebody please help.
