Unable to download beta2 tech refresh

Whenever I try; it tells me that download.microsoft.com cannot be found; help?

In your browser try using http://microsoft.com/downloads and click on the 'Office' section in the left nav bar then choose the
'date' column to put the newest files first.

Except, apparently according to both IE7 and FX 1.5.0.6
download.microsoft.com doesn't exist.

Using the steps I mentioned in the previous message I was able to download another copy of the MS Office 2007 Beta2 Technical
Refresh, without a problem using IE7 RC1 on Windows XP.
