Unable to download PowerPoint template "Cool Blue"

This template errors out when I try to download it. It tries, then fails.
Attempts to manually download it also result in an error.

Can someone advise me on this or report it to the "proper authorities"?

Happens here, too. If I were you, I'd use the "report this to Microsoft"
button on the download page for this template.
