In Outlook, my default view is group by flag status and categories. In
Outlook 2003, I think that I used to be able to drag and drop a message into
a group and it would be assigned the applicable flag and category. For
example, a "Completed" flag in the category "Support".
As of Outlook 2007, this no longer works. If "Flag Status" is in the group
by clause (by itself or with another clause), I am unable to drag and drop to
organize my inbox and other folders. The cursor changes to the "Unavailable"
icon.
Is this "just the way it is" or is there a change that can be made.
