unable to drag & drop shapes from MS web site

I am using Visio 2002 on a Windows 2000 machine. I can
search for a shape, both locally and fron the internet.
The found shape displays all the shapes available. I am
not able to drag & drop a shape from the internet. Even
when I attempt to save the shape as a stencil, the program
seems to go thru te motions, but nothing is ever saved.
Any input is appreciated.
