Unable to edit an org chart created in Office 2000

I have an org chart that I created in Office 2000. We were recently upgraded
to Office 2003. I am able to open the document but when I try to edit the
fields a box goes around the chart as if it were an image and then I get the
message: The server application, source file, or item cannot be found. Make
sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been deleted,
moved or renamed.
What am I doing wrong?
