Unable to edit records when displayed.

I have a form which cycles thru all the records. The form
is based on a query.

The allowdeletions, allowedit, allowadditions are enabled.

I can not edit any of the records.

Anyone with a brain bigger than a grain of sand, that's
how I feel right now for not being able to resolve this.

Open your query and see if you can edit it in query view
example it could be a grouped query this wont let you
edit or delete records or it may be relationships in the
query
To eleminate any of these just open query and try to
delete a record
