I just started working in an office that has 4-computers networked together.
All are using Windows XP and all are using Outlook 2000 for their email. Of
these four computers, only ONE is unable to send anything (with or without an
attachment) to an AOL account it is driving all of us crazy. We thought at
first it was just that AOL account but since we can all email to that account
and include an attachment, it has to be that machine.
The person sending has been trying to email their person AOL account an
attachment from this office. When he checks AOL via the internet to see if
it went through, it doesn't even show the email with the attachment stripped.
It's just as though the email never went through. It will show that the
email is being sent, and it will show up in the sent file section but will
never arrive at it's AOL destination .
Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
