Unable to enter time in timesheet PS2003

I am looking at the timesheet view in PS2003. For columns % Work
Complete, Actual Work, Remaining Work, and actual timesheet i am
unable to enter hours worked. The white colored cells in the timesheet
won't accept numbers. This timesheet worked fine before a server
migration and now it doesn't want to work at all. Can someone help?

What is your settings for timesheet entry mode? And does the PM have the
rights to change that mode? Try having one of the projects in your
timesheet republished to see if that allows you to then enter time.

Hi Karen,

The timesheet administration will be under the Admin tab in PWA and then
click on the "Customlize Project Web Access" link on the quick launch. You
will need to have admin rights to get to this page.

Pay particular attention to whether you have "Lock down defaults" section
enabled. This will force the PMs to use the method that is allocated on
this page.
