Unable to expand view of Contacts in public folders

Contacts in public folders opens correctly. However,
Outlook hangs whenever I try to expand the view of a
contact in the public folder. I have no problem expanding
the view of a calendar in the public folder.

I have no problem expanding the view of a contact in the
Exchange (private) Contacts folder.
