Unable To Export Report to Word

I created some reports which I am able to print and export to Word or Excel.
When I put the Access database on another computer, the user could run the
reports but the tool bar containing the Print and Export commands is not
present:

1) Is there some parameter which can be changed to always show this toolbar
regardless of the computer the application is run?
2) Is there a work-arround for the problem ?
Printing - CTL-P
Export to Word - ???
Export to Excel - ???
Close Report - ???
