I recorded the data and time I received an important e-mail and am now
(months later) trying to find that e-mail using the Advanced Find feature of
Outlook 2003 (11.6359.8107) SP1 and it can't find it.
The e-mail was sent on 11/5/2007 9:13AM.
I have tried using only the "Sent on Mon 11/5/2007 9:13 AM" rule.
I have tried using the two rules "Sent on or before Mon 11/5/2007 9:14 AM"
and "Sent on or after Mon 11/5/2007 9:12 AM" and Outlook still does not find
the e-mail. In both cases the search finds e-mails that don't even have a
sent date near 11/5/2007. Why are these e-mails being found when I have a
rule or rules explicityly looking for a sent on date of 11/5/2007 9:14 AM?
If I search for the e-mail using text found within the message body it finds
it correctly, but using the Date/Time Sent field does not appear to work
correctly. Does anyone have any ideas?
