unable to find Avery Wizard in Word 2003

When I select the Avery Wizard button on the Word 2003 toolbar it takes me to
"My Computer". Likewise with any other way to select the wizard. I'm unable
to download the wizard, which leads me to believe I already have it, but the
path has been modified. Any suggestions?

What does the wizard do for you that the Envelopes and Labels dialog
doesn't?
