Unable to Forward or Reply to messages from within the email body

Hello all,

I have Microsoft Office Pro 2003. I have a user who can forward a messge by
right clicking on it from the menu, but when he tries to forward it from the
message body itself it never opens. I have activated the software, and
suspect its a potential Word issue. However the email opens and forwards just
fine when you are outside of the email body.

Anyone able to help?

Why Word? You can't read an email in Word. Or do you mean Send to rather
than forward within Word?
