Unable to generate BCM reports.

Hi,
I'm using MS OLK2003 with Business Contact Manager Update SP2 on a XP
Professional laptop which has over 1 gig RAM memory .

Detect and repair has been run. The latest updates have been run but still
I keep receiving the following error: “The report could not be generated.
Please try again.â€
I have a great deal of info and am loathed to have resort to uninstalling
and reinstalling BCM in case I loose all my info despite performing constant
backups.

Please advise how I can fix this issue.
