Unable to get a successful sync with Active Directory

My implementation consists of: (All on the same box)
1: Windows 2003 Server (Member Server)
2: SharePoint Portal Server 2003
3: Project Server 2003.
4: Team Services 2.0
5: SQL 2000 SP3

I am unable to get a successful sync with Active Directory which resides on
DC in the same domain.

The following errors appear in the application log.
