Unable to get Gmail labels automatically synced

I have mapped my gmail effectively with entourage but all the labels
don't get synced automatically. I have to go in entourage and click on
each folder which triggers a Send and Receive and i am able to get my
mails synced.

Tried all the recommended settings including Live Sync and Check all
unread mails in the subscribed folder.

This experience is painfully of no auto sync. This is how it is or
there is something wrong I am doing.

Else i have to rethink the gmail labels ... which i find are
effective ... but then i work most times offline and want to download
my mails in entourage.
