You will need to open the file in Word and the Save-As in Word format.
Then you will be able to import into OneNote.

E, Thank you however I have tried them as Word, PDF, etc., etc., etc... and
the files do not show up in the window during import process. Any other
thoughts?

E, thank you however i have tried and it opens with a wrong file conversion,
the file shows up as a bunch of boxes and unidentified characters. It gives
me an option to choose another encoding but the preview shows all characters
as boxes.....

I did remove the pda program awhile back, do i need to reinstall it?

You need to have Word 2002 (XP version) or newer, and Word will
automatically open that file format. Perhaps the file is corrupt?

Hello!

I had the same prolem. To fix it you have to save the pwi files in your PDA
in /my doku..... If not Active synk won't find it.

I hope it will fix it

Probably; I looked on my home PC (which doesn't have any PDA support
software) and an option to import or open Pocket Word files didn't exist
in my copy of Word 2003.

If you cannot reinstlal the PDA software, maybe see if any text appears
in the converted file after the "boxes". Sometimes, after several pages
of the boxes, the text inside the document will appear.
