Unable to import TEXT file into MDB

I am using MS-Access 2000 version:(9.0.6926 SP-3) and when
I tried to import a text file into Ms-Access 2000
using a MDB file (program) getting following error message:

"Object doesn't support this property or method"

Please help to resove above problem.
