Unable to initiate form

I recently updated Business Contact Manager and I am attempting to customize
the 'Account' form, but I see the words 'Business Contact Manager unable to
initiate form' written across the 'General' tab wgen attenpting to customize
the form. Can I rectify this error an customize the form
