Unable to insert a word doc

Hi.

I get an error when I try and insert a word doc as a background. The error
MSG say

"The document cannot be inserted. To fix this problem, try one of following"

I have tried all that is listed, still no joy.

I have SP1 installed.

Which version of Word/Office do you have?

Do you have the MODI print driver installed (one of the options available
when installing Office 2003)?

The "Insert as picture" feature requires the Office 2003 MODI printing
system to be installed.
