Unable to insert clip art

Hi,

When I attempt to insert a picture from clip art, powerpoint appears to be
attempting to open a location, but no folder opens and the program returns
to the slide where I wanted to insert the picture. I am therefore unable to
add any clipart to my presentation.


Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,

What version of PowerPoint on what version of which operating system are you
using? Macintosh? Windows?
