Unable to insert shapes in sheet

I am unable to insert and edit shapes, pictures, lines arrows etc. in excel.
If somehow if they are inserted, I am unable to change their height, width
etc.

Hi,

1. One thing that would cause this, protection: Try turning off protection
- Tool, Protections, Unprotect sheet
2. Can't do those things if the workbook is Shared.

If this helps, click the Yes button
