Unable to install 60 day trial

Hey all,
I've tried twice in the past couple of months to download and install
Windows Office 2003 60 trial and each time have received the error message:
"fatal error during installation." I'm running Windows XP Pro with a Raid 0
config, the Mobo is Intel D915PBL with a P4 3.4 gig CPU. This unit uses PCI
express video. I also have Norton Internet Security (which I disable during
download.) I've seen the product in use and am seriously considering
purchasing it...if I can get it to run.
Any pointers?

If you order the CD, you may have better luck. I also understand burning
the files to a CD and then installing from the CD has worked.
