Unable to install FP 2000

Recently had disk crash. Crash resolved, and system reloaded but cannot
reinstall FP 2000. Get following message: "This patch package could not be
opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows
Installer patch package." What's going on?

1) Install from FP your CD
2) What patch package from where are you trying to install
