Unable to install Frontpage 2003

I have a MSDN subscription and downloaded FrontPage 2003 ISO file. I burned
the ISO image onto a CD using Rosio. When I attempt to install it on Windows
Server 2003 O.S., a CMD prompt window briefly gets displayed for 1 sec with
message "Program too big..." inside it. I have 1GB of memory on my computer
and plenty of available real memory. Please advise.

Convert the iso to a standard file directory and then burn the directory.

Also iirc, you need to shut down the server service if it is running.

Thanks for the advice. Roxio Creator Classic 6 has an option to burn from
image. I selected that option and burned files into a standard file system
onto a CD-R CD. FrontPage 2003 Files are visible as files and arranged as a
standard file system on the CD-R. I also copied the FrontPage 2003 install
files from the new CD-R only my local hard drive and still got the same
error.

Also, what is IIRC and how do you shut it down in Windows? I shutdown IIS
before doing the install.
