Unable to install GrooveIt

I have problem installing GrooveIt. I am running Windows Vista and MS Office
2007. The error message and the content of the install.log is below. Tank you

I'm also having trouble installing GrooveIT on an XP machine with
Office 2007, and I'm not getting as far as you. In my case, the setup
file extracts from the downloaded executable and goes no farther. If I
manually extract the setup file and run it, nothing happens at all.

E-mails to the support staff have gone unanswered.

Has anyone been around this block before?

I'm also having trouble installing GrooveIT on an XP machine with
Office 2007, and I'm not getting as far as you. In my case, the setup
file extracts from the downloaded executable and goes no farther. If I
manually extract the setup file and run it, nothing happens at all.

E-mails to the support staff have gone unanswered.

Has anyone been around this block before?

Regarding the problem you encountered :

GrooveIT! for Microsoft Office Outlook need 2 external Microsoft
componants to work : PIA 2007 and VSTO. Based on your feedback,
GrooveIT! support team investigated on PIA installer and found, that
with some specific configurations (former versions, dependencies...etc),
there was an issue in the PIA installation process. (We reported this
problem to Microsoft Office team).

As a workaround, we include a new "home made" PIA installer into the
GrooveIT! for Outlook installer. A new release is now available to
download on GrooveIT! website and should fix the issue you encountered.

I'm also having trouble installing GrooveIT on an XP machine with
Office 2007, and I'm not getting as far as you. In my case, the setup
file extracts from the downloaded executable and goes no farther. If I
manually extract the setup file and run it, nothing happens at all.

E-mails to the support staff have gone unanswered.

Has anyone been around this block before?
