Unable to install kb973475

To whom it might concern.
I have serious problems with installing Office servicepack for Excel
kb973475.Running Office 2003 with all other patches on a Windows XP lap-top.
Any idea how to install this update.
Have tried to install it from Microsoft dedicated web page for this patch.

Could you be more specific about the "serious error"? Do you get a message
of any kind?

Hi.
The only message I got that is not able to install the update.
Will have a new look at later when the person it conserns is not back before
January 4th.

Hi... I'm also unable to install security update for Office Excel 2003
(KB973475).
It 'fails' and is unable to update.
