Unable to install MS Office update (KB972363)

My computer has been trying to install the following. Security Update for
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (KB972363) I have gone to the web site and
tried installing it there as well and it just doesn't install any suggestions
what I should do? I have MS Office 2007 and MS outlook 2007 both. It keeps
popping up and asking me to install and I try but it never installs.

The problem has been fixed, found out my Windows Installer was corrupted, we
removed it and reinstalled a new one and this is working now. SandyLea
