Unable to install Office 2000 SR-1 update file

Any idea as to why I am unable to install the Office 2000
SR-1 update file (o2ksr1a)? I am running Windows 2000 and
everything is from a clean install. Windows was able to
update succesfully but not Office 2000 (Office 2000
Premium itself was successfully installed, just not able
to update).

The error message says to check the Office 2000 SR-1
