Unable to install Office 2000 SVP1a...

Hello NG!
After downloading Svp1a for Office 2000,the Updateprogram means that Office
2000 has not been installed...!
But the Office 2000 Suite is already completly installed.

At least, the Update canceled ,while Office 2000 cannot be recognized...

does anyone know a solution for this problem?
