Unable to Install Office 2003 SP2

Hi, I am trying to install Office 2003 SP2. It has downloaded but will not
install.

I feel the best way out would be to delete the download and start again but
any advice would be welcome &how would i delete it ??

I also had trouble installing SP2.

The only thing that worked for me was to download the full updaye file, it's
about 100MB.
I was able to install the full update.

There's just no excuse for the pain that MSFT has inflicted upon us over the
years with faulty update procedures.
The SP 2 update for Office 2003 is the worst I've ever seen.
